Privacy Policy – FSU Unity 5K
The FSU Civil Rights Institute 5K Unity Walk/Run (“Unity 5K,”) is a student-led event officially affiliated with Florida State University and held in collaboration with the College of Social Science and Public Policy and the Civil Rights Institute.

When you register for the Unity 5K or engage with linked registration or donation platforms, you may be asked to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone
number, T-shirt size, and payment details. Financial transactions, including sponsorships and donations, are processed through Florida State University–linked pages and/or trusted third-party platforms (such as Eventbrite). The Unity 5K website itself does not store credit or debit card information.

Photos, Video, and Media
The Unity 5K is a public event. By participating, you acknowledge and consent to being
photographed or recorded. Photos and videos may be used for promotional, educational, and archival purposes by the Unity 5K, Florida State University, and its partners.
Minors
Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to register and participate.
